Enormous space for a great price. Awesome hospitality and quiet location. Big and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Fantastic location with excellent views, food, and walks. Nearby attractions like the Dragalevci monastery, Boyana church, and National museum. Easy access to the main ring road and the biggest shopping centre in town.
Hard to think of anything.

The staff were polite, helpful and accommodating. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and the parking was easily accessible. we were impressed with the breakfast options provided.

Great location, close to major attractions and public transportation. The room was spacious and well-furnished with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, with good quality food.
The hotel lacked basic amenities such as a working elevator or air conditioning. The room was stuffy and hot, making it difficult to sleep. The staff were unhelpful and unresponsive to guests' needs, making for a frustrating experience overall. Additionally, the hotel's decor and furnishings were outdated and unappealing.

The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and lovely modern decor. The hotel was in a great location, in a quiet area, but still close enough to the city center to easily explore by public transportation or on foot. I also really appreciated the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options.
The bathrooms could use some updates and more attention to cleanliness. the internet connection in the rooms was slow and unreliable, which made it difficult to get work done.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, giving useful tips and being helpful in every aspect. The rooms are spacious and offer a comfortable stay, with the added bonus of a mountain view. The location is convenient, situated close to the center down the highway and only 8 minutes away by taxi.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

The hotel is conveniently located down the highway, an 8-minute taxi ride away from central Sofia. It is also close to the biggest shopping center in town. In terms of facilities, the room is spacious and clean with comfortable beds. the staff is polite, and the breakfast is good.
Like some of the reviews mentioned, the room needs renovation and some guests reported issues with the bathroom and heating.
